As a landlord, you're legally required to have every gas appliance in your rental property checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer every 12 months, and to give your tenants a copy of the certificate.

How often do I need a landlord gas safety certificate?
Every 12 months. Every gas appliance, flue and the pipework in a rental property must be checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer each year, and tenants must receive a copy of the record.
Can you service the boiler on the same visit?
Yes. We can combine the gas safety check with a boiler service, and carry out most minor repairs on the spot.
